Large Groups and Private Events at Lewana Cottages
In a beautiful natural location in WA’s South West, Lewana Cottages offers a unique event venue as well as accommodation for you and your guests. Lewana is great for events where you’d like all your guests to stay in the one location and have exclusive use of the property, without having to worry about other cottages or camping guests.
Ideal for private birthday and other celebrations, club events, get togethers, corporate events and workshops. With stunning views of the surrounding forest, parkland and dam Lewana Cottages makes the picture perfect backdrop for your fun weekend.
Your booking will have exclusive access to the entire estate, (except for private areas,) including the barn with tables and benches, footy type BBQ, dance floor, festoon lighting, bluetooth 8 speaker music system and adjacent toilet facilities.
You will also have access to other items available to hire such as patio heaters, battery PA speaker and mic, glasses, crockery, cutlery, and an exclusive pizza oven dining area. Should your event require catering, there is ample space for catering food trucks.
Exclusive use includes accommodation in all six cottages, (up to a maximum of 45 guests), and use of our three campsites, (up to a maximum of 15 guests), so 60 guests in total. Third party glamping tents, toilets and showers can be hired to increase accommodation capacity.

Wonderful weekend away with big group for a special birthday - The whole site was booked to celebrate a 60th birthday with friends and family. Rustic and charming historical cottages, comfy beds, top quality bed linen and towels, stylish touches and attention to little details made for a delightful stay. We had a self-catered dinner party for 70 in the big shed with dance floor and pretty lighting. A memorable weekend away.
